Rohde ́s newly developed kiln concept ELS Ergo Load System is a kiln series which makes the daily charging routine significantly easier, back-friendlier and safer. This kiln concept is a pending patent of ROHDE.

The smooth running mechanism of this kiln type allows you to pull out the kiln floor entirely so that the entire charging surface becomes freely accessible from three sides. Charging the kiln becomes significantly faster and safer, improving the charging density by 20% which in turn saves time and energy costs and reduces firing costs.

Even heavy components such as furniture plates can be positioned without any problems in an ergonomical way.

Of course we have incorporated the unique features of all ROHDE front loaders into this kiln series. The entire steel construction, for example, is equipped with an in-frame ventilation made of stainless steel sheets.

The insulation consists of three layers. We only use highquality, reduction-resistant insulating firebricks in the firing chamber.
