Discontinuation of sales to private individuals outside Germany

Dear private customers from EU member states outside Germany,

As of July 1, 2021, the so-called One Stop Regulation for remote sales has come into force. The changes to software required by this new regulation and the additional administrative effort are out of all proportion. Therefore we have to inform you that we stop all sales to private persons outside of Germany. We ask for your understanding.

Sales to private individuals within Germany and sales to commercial customers in other (EU and non-EU) countries will of course continue as usual.
