Our products are shipped via DPD or freight forwarding.
If the net weight of the ordered items exceeds 28 kg, the shipment will be split into several packages in order to save costs for you. Alternatively, shipping will be arranged via freight forwarding if this is more cost-effective, if the total weight exceeds 100 kg, or if the order contains items that, due to their dimensions or sensitivity, cannot be shipped by parcel service.
The stated parcel prices refer to one package with a maximum gross weight of 30.0 kg and include packaging and shipping as well as the statutory VAT for shipments within Germany. For international shipments, additional VAT and customs clearance fees may apply.
Shipping to other European countries is possible; please refer to the table on the left for parcel prices.
For freight forwarding to other European countries, please use the inquiry function in the shopping cart to receive an individual quotation.
Please note that for shipments to islands, additional island surcharges from the parcel service may apply and will be charged to you afterwards.
